I got certified as a Group-Fitness trainer and Entertainer 14 years ago; group lessons have taken a big part of my life. My own fitness journey started by attending Yoga and Pilates lessons at a very young age and 4 years later creating my own group, even before finishing my studies!
Once I completed my education I worked for several years as a group fitness trainer leading various types of fitness group lessons such as Aerobics, Step Fitness, Spinning, etc. Over the time I've evolved into learning newer disciplines such as Hula-hoop Fitness and Dance, Holistic Circus Therapy and even developing my own; Latin-Step Fitness Fusion
I'm originally from the beautiful island of Lanzarote, Canary Islands but I live happily in Steyr, Austria since 2020

Since I was I kid I've always felt drawn to the exhilarating energy of loud music and the joy it brings through dance and sports. This passion led me to get educated in the world of group fitness classes and entertainment, where I found not only a love for movement but also a desire to uplift others.
Introduced to teaching by my Yoga master at the early age of 16, I discovered the power of fostering wellness through body movement and conscious awareness​

Some years ago I found myself falling in love with Hula-Hooping, so I dedicated countless hours of practice to mastering the art, so i could share its transformative joy with others through my lessons.
Integrating flow arts into my fitness routines has been a game changer; adding a new dimension of excitement and enjoyment to my trainning sessions and group lessons.
