What is Flow-Fitness?
Flow Fitness combines the principles of group fitness with the dynamic and expressive movements of flow arts, resulting in a holistic and stimulating approach to physical activity.
Drawing from my passion for hula-hoop, silk veil fan dance and poi as well as an extensive experience as a group fitness instructor, Flow Fitness offers a unique and immersive class experience like no other.
Flow Fitness was developed from the believe that movement is not just about exercise—but also about self-expression, creativity, and joy.
My classes blend elements of dance, rhythmic coordination, and fluid motion, inspired by the enchanting artistry of flow arts.
From the graceful sweeps of silk veil fan dance to the hypnotic spins of poi and the rhythmic whirling of hula hoop, each movement is choreographed to engage both body and mind, fostering a sense of flow and harmony within.
With a focus on inclusivity and empowerment, we welcome participants of all fitness levels and backgrounds.
